My struggle story has been nothing short of a roller coaster. Coming from a humble middle-class family, life has never handed me anything easily. From a very young age, I learned that dreams don’t come true unless you chase them with unwavering belief and relentless hard work.

At just 12 years old, while most children were playing outside or focusing only on school, I was managing my own crockery shop. That small shop was my first experience with responsibility—it taught me the value of earning every single rupee and standing on my own two feet. But as life often does, it threw challenges my way. Due to family issues, I had to shut down that shop. It wasn’t an easy decision, but sometimes, you have to make tough calls for the sake of your loved ones.

After that chapter closed, I started working in a shoe factory. The work was tough, repetitive, and physically draining—but I didn’t stop. I also worked as a sales employee in a departmental store, where I sharpened my communication skills and learned how to understand people. Every job, no matter how small, was a stepping stone for me.

Yet, even while I was working hard to make a living, there was always a flame inside me—a deep curiosity and passion for exploring the world. I used to look at travel magazines, see buses and taxis on the roads, and dream of being part of something bigger. That passion never left me.

One day, I gathered all the courage I had and made one of the hardest decisions of my life: I resigned from my job to follow my passion for traveling and helping others explore the beauty of India.

In 2006, with a heart full of dreams and savings just enough to buy one car, I started my journey as a travel service provider. That was the birth of my first venture—just one car, one vision, and a determination that wouldn’t bend. Slowly, through dedication, honesty, and personalized service, people began to trust us. That one car turned into a fleet of 25+ vehicles.

But life once again tested me when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. We faced a truly critical phase—business collapsed, clients disappeared, and to add to that, I suffered from serious health issues. With a heavy heart, we had to sell many of our cars. I watched my dream almost crumble before my eyes.

But I refused to give up.

With the support of my loyal employees—who stood by me like a family—and the same fire I had since the age of 12, we rebuilt everything from scratch. There were sleepless nights, endless worries, and moments of doubt. But step by step, we rose again.

Today, I stand proudly and say that Sushil Tour & Travels operates with 60+ vehicles, a strong and dedicated team, and the same personal touch we started with. We don’t just provide travel services—we create memories. We offer domestic and international tour packages, specializing in Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, Leh Ladakh, and beyond.

My journey is a reminder that even when life breaks you down, with courage and belief, you can rise again stronger. From a crockery shop to a shoe factory, to the roads of India and beyond—this is not just my story. This is a story of every dreamer who refuses to give up.
